How we engage
An engagement follows the steps below.
Discovery and scoping
Lynx Labs and the client define the systems, data, and operations the engagement covers.
Security and BAA review
Access, data handling, and a Business Associate Agreement, where one is required, are reviewed before client data is used in a build.
Sandbox build
Lynx Labs requests non-production access through the vendor’s published developer program and builds the integration in that sandbox, outside the client’s production system.
Client testing
The client tests the work before it is used in production.
Production go-live
Go-live is done with the client’s EHR team.
Support and monitoring
After go-live, Lynx Labs supports and monitors the integration as agreed for that engagement.
The client organization enables production access after that sandbox build.
